Welcome! I'm Haley O’Hara, a seasoned Beauty Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Weight Management Practitioner with over two decades of experience in the beauty industry.
From my home studio in Alfords Point, I offer a wide range of beauty treatments and transformative hypnotherapy sessions.
My area of expertise lies in weight loss and managing anxiety. Through personalised hypnotherapy sessions, I empower my clients to break free from the struggles of weight management and adopt a positive relationship with food and their bodies to regain control of their health.
